FIRM PROFILE

Collins/Moody + Company, PC was founded in 1961 by W. Griffin Moody, Jr. and was originally located downtown, across from the old Varsity. Mr. Moody viewed every client like a business partner and believed that the firm would be successful if its clients were successful.

The values instilled when the firm was founded still hold true today. K. Scott Collins joined the firm in 1980 when it was known as Lewis, Moody & Turner. Mr. Collins became a partner in 1986 and acquired full ownership of the firm from its former principles in 1997. The current location was built at 455 Newton Bridge Road in 1972 and was extensively remodeled and expanded in 1998.

Collins/Moody is dedicated to individualized service and close personal attention to each of our clients. We offer a broad range of tax, accounting, and consulting services to individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, foundations, non-profits, and other entities. We strive to offer top notch service and stay on the cutting edge of business trends and legal changes.

Our sister company, Collins/Moody Financial Services, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor and offers institutional style asset management, as well as life, disability, and long-term care insurance.
